Bidding Resources

The Competition Committee serves in an advisory capacity to national and regional championship hosts and selects hosts for national and regional championship meets.

This introductory Cover Letter will aid meet directors in the bidding process, outline acceptable event windows and the facility requirements.

The deadline to submit a bid application is December 1, 2025 at 11:59PM EST the CCS registration year preceding the intended championship event.

All clubs interested in bidding can find the bid packet materials including facility specifications, a sample budget, and a sample contract linked in the cover letter. Please contact College Club Swimming via email or by phone at 941-556-6282 to request a bid packet and application.

Meet History

Formerly known as the East Coast Collegiate National Championships, Georgia Tech Swim Club first hosted this meet with 6 teams and 73 swimmers in attendance in its inaugural year, 2004. With the elimination of many varsity swimming programs across the country, the collegiate club scene has seen a spike in participation; the meet has grown into the largest and fastest collegiate swim meet outside of the NCAA.
